What you can do: I'm quite adaptable. Meaning, I'm fairly sure I can do anything asked or needed of me and that there aren't many things that I can't do. If I can't do something I'm able to find a way to acquire the knowledge to do the task at hand or get it accomplished through other means.

Experience: I've been a moderator and admin on several Naruto RP sites and I've been RPing for I think five years now.
What you can do: I can do almost anything once I put my mind to it, but my abilities are only so good. So, I'm sort of a... jack of all trades, I guess.
Why you want it: To lessen the work load on the current staff team to help the site be successful. =)
